  • DO I NEED RENTERS INSURANCE?

Renters insurance helps adequately protect students' belongings, such as textbooks, phones, electronics, and other valuables, as well as any property damage that may result from resident negligence. Although we always recommend that our residents obtain renters insurance, it is not currently required at our properties.

  • WHAT IS THE RESIDENT PORTAL?

All of our residents and their co-signers have access to our online resident portal, the one-stop-shop for everything related to your lease. You can  Pay rent, make maintenance requests, renew your lease, and more!

To complete an application, all future residents must provide a photo ID (driver's license, passport, visa, etc.), proof of income, and a landlord reference (if applicable). The proof of income can be in the form of pay stubs, scholarships, loans, grants, or a co-signer's income.
